Play Hard, Work Hard, Have Fun

(Speaker: Lakitsia, State Farm Agent) When I think about all the things that are important
 to me, I think the first thing was when my husband proposed to me. The second thing 
was when my kids were born, but then the last thing that I think has been the most 
important thing is when I became a State Farm agent. It was the one thing in life I could 
play hard, I could work hard, I could have fun doing it. Let's start with the trips. This year 
alone, we've gone to over four places. Next year, we'll be going to Rome. It's the result of 
that hard work. 

If you're that person that's looking for career advancement, now you're in charge of your 
own destiny so it gives you control of what your next step is. This is about whether you sold 
it or you didn't. Did you keep a customer or not? And it's totally objective. But the most 
important thing is that 80-year-old customer I have, and I'm talking to her and, we just 
figured out how to help her meet her budget, and we got her homeowners insurance rate 
down to something she can afford, and she goes to her backyard and brings back some 
peppers that she grew personally. That's success to me. This is the one thing that you can 
do for yourself, for your family, for your friends, and everyone around you that is going to 
be the most rewarding thing that you've ever done.
