The intent of placing Marina Heights here was really to leverage all the surrounding amenities in the area so that our employees have easy access to transit options, to food options, to entertainment, and can just really feel part of the community around here. And the weather, the lake, the mountains, everything that surrounds this facility, you forget where you are. You cannot believe you're coming to work, seriously. Construction is right on schedule. We've got most of the buildings complete. And by the end of 2017, we'll have everyone who's currently here in the valley moved into Marina Heights.
